Returns & Refunds Policy

Refunds:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product or exchange the product for another one. If the exchanged product is for a higher amount, the difference will be paid at checkout.

Returns:
Our return policy is effective for up to 15 days since receiving your product. Please send an e-mail to support@walasa.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.

Conditions:
Any product returned or exchanged must be in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging.
